We were thrilled to participate in the Northshore Senior Center‘s fundraiser, Taste of Northshore on September 29th. In this “Iron Chef” style competition, chefs from five of Northshore’s top restaurants competed using a secret ingredient: Squash.

Chef Adam prepared Goat Cheese, Butternut Squash, and Bacon Stuffed Zucchini Roulade. It was a fabulous dish, and the judges agreed. He tied for Best Use of Secret Ingredient, and won Best Overall. Congrats Adam!
