Let us welcome you to our private wine cellar for an evening of exceptional dining. Enjoy some of our favorite fresh-sheet features along with new dishes that will be debuting at this exclusive event. Delightful wines have been selected to pair with each of the five courses. 1st: Chilled melon soup with yogurt mint drizzle
2nd: Seasonal garden salad with roasted tomato vinaigrette
3rd: Pan roasted sockeye salmon with sweet potato mash and blackberry balsamic reduction
4th: Roasted chicken breast with cauliflower mash and pan jus
5th: Chocolate panna cotta with malbec reduction and honey chantilly cream
