We have invited some of our most popular winemakers back to host one course each. All tables are Captains Tables at this event! Share the table with your hosts; Dr. Dusty DuBois, owner of Revolve, and the Winemakers, as they rotate tables with the courses! Chilled Crab Salad
with cucumber crème fraiche and roasted chili
with butternut squash purée, tarragon cream sauce, and garlic broccoli topped with daikon sprouts
Seared Duck Breast
with cauliflower leek purée, eggplant caponata, and pink peppercorn-pomegranate glaze
Osso Bucco Lamb Shank
braised in red wine served with roasted cipollini onions and brown butter baby carrots

Chocolate Pot de Crème
topped with chantilly cream and caramel brittle
