Celery Root Soup with roasted hazelnut and truffle

2014 Petit Verdot
Seared Lamb breast with roasted delicata squash, spiced pepita and pan sauce

2014 Carmenere
Black Peppercorn Tuna Steak on a bed of Tatsoi greens topped with sweet ginger sauce

2013 Syrah
Stuffed Venison with walnut, sage and black trumpet mushrooms atop sweet potato mash, finished with brandy demi-glace

Apple Crisp Baked Apple stuffed with creamy spiced apples, crisp crumbles on a soft pastry cream topped with Chantilly and house-made caramel
