Greeter

Job Description

We are looking for professional Greeter to greet and seat the patrons of our business.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure customer satisfaction and augment our establishment’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• Show customers to their seats and provide them with silverware and a menu
• Cheerfully greet guests
• Monitor table rotation and make sure that each member of the wait staff gets a fair amount of tables without giving them too many all at once
• Help keep track of which tables are cleaned and available for new guests
• Answer the phone, take reservations and take-out orders
• Work with other staff as a team
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

Requirements

• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
• Customer-oriented and planning skills
• Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system
• Outstanding people skills
• Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem-solving
• Good physical condition
• High school diploma; food safety training will be a plus
• Food Handler Permit
